Maintenance Plans for

WordPress Websites

Do you regularly update your Wordpress software and plugins and remember to back up your files and data? Has it ever been done since you launched your site? BrandLand offers you the security of knowing your Wordpress site is up-to-date to help prevent hacker entry and is safely backed up to prevent data loss. We’ll also notify you about damaged files and needed repairs you may not be aware of that are affecting your site’s security and performance. Choose from our Monthly or Quarterly (once every three months) Service Plans. Here's what you'll get: Wordpress Maintenance Account Setup: • Acquire logins • Set up plugins as necessary • Set up account $17 One-time Fee (added to first billing cycle) P Wordpress Platform Software and Plugin Updates: • Update WordPress Installation to latest • Update WordPress plugins to latest P Full Backups: • All website files and databases P Check and Alert: • Examine site files for security breaches and issues needing repair that affect your site’s performance and security. We will alert you via email and recommend options to keep your site running smoothly. Rate for BrandLand Hosting Clients: $24 per month (maintenance performed once per month), or $48 per quarter (maintenance performed once every three months) Rate for Non-Hosting Clients: $30 per month (maintenance performed once per month), or $60 per quarter (maintenance performed once every three months)

P Hacking Cleanup • Simple hack cleanup (more extensive infection may require additional cost) P Security Improvements • Evaluate site for possible security issues • Advise you about recommended changes to improve your website’s security • Implementation of simple security improvements (extensive site work will be quoted as a separate service) P Account/Website Setup: $50 one-time fee Setup of new website space and basic email service. Does not include creating email accounts for customers or DNS changes from a previous hosting service. • Hosting space setup • Email Setup P Website/Domain Transfer: $75 one-time fee Includes moving an existing website and associated databases into newly created hosting space. Also includes DNS changes to point the customer domain to the new hosting server. • Move existing website • Move existing databases • Change DNS Basic Managed Hosting: $30/mo Simple websites 1-15 pages with a contact form or email signup. Ecommerce Managed Hosting: $55/mo A 10-30 (approx.) page site with a shopping cart and less than 100 products.
